For this project, I designed and managed the production of band merchandise while also creating promotional assets.

Collaborating with the buyer, I developed a full range of products inspired by the band’s music releases, ensuring a variety of price points were covered. I created detailed mockups for each product and assembled a pitch deck, which was presented to the band for feedback and approval.

All items were fully bespoke, with comprehensive tech packs provided for suppliers. These included essential details such as design sizes, placements, garment measurements, materials, and Pantone references to ensure precision and quality.

After receiving the final products, I organized and assisted in a photoshoot, selecting models and contributing to creative direction and styling. I also created assets for the online store and social media, ensuring the merchandise was effectively showcased across all platforms.
